I will host, maintain and do anything you would like to your website. You just send me the info and what you would like me to get started with and I'll do the rest. You can pay a full year or 6 months in advanced. We charge for a hosting fee, a one time 5 page set up, if you would like more than a 5 page set up it's just $15 per page after the 5, and then a monthly maintenance fee if you choose.
